$10,000 of that annual proceeds from the Village sales tax was determined to be used on annual projects.  The Sales Tax Committee recommended that the Senior Center receive $8,000 towards much needed repairs for the Senior Center.  Some of the repairs included a new roof, fixing of a door, new ceiling fans and painting.

Team building combined with community service is how the Senior Citizen Center was painted. The Centura Football team volunteered their time and man power to complete the painting of the main room.  Big thank you to Coaches Larry Baker, Scott Korinek, Skeeter Wooden and Chris Bode for supervising the painting done by an awesome group of Centura Football players.

The Sale Tax Committee recommended that $2,000 of the annual sales tax be used towards maintenance and operation of all Village Parks.
