7th Annual Trunk or Treat – Cairo United Methodist Church
Sunday October 28th, Cairo United Methodist Church
5:00-7:00 pm
Roasting Hot Dogs, s’mores by the fire.  Enjoy a Haunted Hallow put on by MYF Group.

Bring your kids in their Halloween Costumes for a fun safe time of Trick or Treating.  The church is asking for canned goods items to donate to the local food pantry.

Friday, October 26th at 6:30 pm
Snacks, drink specials and a costume contest and TRIVIA!
Trivia begins at 7:30pm
How it works… Teams consist of up to 6 people, $5 per player.  NO PHONES! There are different categories to show off your brain power and the winning team receives a cash prize.

Games, Photo Booth

Starting at 9:00pm in the bar Karaoke, Adult Games and Costume Contest with cash prizes.  Food an drink specials all night.

October 31st

Pathway Bank Tailgate Party

It’s football season and that means tailgating.  Pathway bank is hosting a tailgate party on Friday, October 12th starting at 4pm. Pathway is pulling out all the stops and bringing in pulled pork from Medina Street Vault.

Stop in for a sandwich and ask Pathway team members about new technologies including money pass, wallet and mobile banking apps.

Follow up tailgating by cheering on the Centurions as they take on the St.Paul Wildcats.

For Those Who Can’t Make Up Their Minds

If you can’t make up your mind whether you like to bowl more than you like to golf or whether you like to golf more than you like to bowl here you go.

Cairo Bowl and Watering Hole are teaming up with Centura Hills for a golf/bowling tournament on October 21 at 11:00 am.

This is a 2 person team/$160 per team.  Includes golf, golf cart, bowling and dinner served at the Watering Hole.

Cash prize for the winners will be awarded, flag prizes and raffles; all will be handed out at the Watering Hole.

Bowling consists of 3 games of scotch doubles;  you and your partner will alternate shots.

A portion of the money will be donated to Danielle Lemek for Q school and road to LPGA.

Dog/Cat Clinic Tonight

Just a reminder the Village of Cairo is holding its annual Dog/Cat clinic tonight Wednesday October 3 from 6-7:30 pm at the Cairo Fire Hall. Licensing fees for Dogs: $5/Cats: $2.  Please show proof of rabies. Dr Maria Beck will also be here to give rabies shots.  All dogs and cats are required to licensed in the corporate limits of the Village.
